Emirates Hills Luxury Palace
Inspired by the grand residences of Italy and France, this private palace in Emirates Hills is a Da Terra led project from empty plot to handover, delivering a complete turnkey journey that unites architecture, interiors, landscape, and bespoke furnishing into a single, coherent vision.
Inside and out, every element is custom made. The exterior is carefully clad in selected stone and marble, detailed with hand-carved metal doors and railings that echo classical ateliers. The gardens are composed as formal rooms in nature, with lush planting, water features, and outdoor salons furnished in bespoke pieces designed to live beautifully in the Dubai climate.
The interiors balance classical proportion with contemporary clarity with bespoke marbles flowing through grand halls and galleries, customized metalwork frames, and every room appointed with furniture created exclusively for the residence. Traditional salons and dining spaces sit in dialogue with quieter contemporary lounges, bringing warmth, ease, and modern comfort to a classical language.
Lifestyle is at the core. The residence includes a private spa, a professional gym, indoor and outdoor pools, entertainment suites, and guest quarters, each crafted with the same rigour as the formal rooms. Lighting, acoustics, and materiality are tuned to create a calm, collected atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening.
Da Terra orchestrated the full process with a single point of responsibility. From master planning and architectural design to interior detailing, FF&E procurement, supervision, and final styling, every decision was guided by a commitment to precision, service, and long-term value. The result is a home that feels inevitable in its setting, discreet in its luxury, and unmistakably personal.
